Most small businesses don’t need a sprawling custom build — they need a site that looks good, loads fast, and tells people what they do. We use AI tools to design and build these quickly, which means we can pass the saving on to you.

Static or CMS — which do you need?

Before we can quote, we ask a few questions to work out what kind of site actually fits:

1. Do you need a data collection form, or any dynamic content? (bookings, enquiry forms, content that changes based on who’s viewing it)
2. Will you need to update the website yourself after launch? New pages, new text, new images — done by you, without calling us every time.
3. Do you already have the images you want on the site?
4. Do you already have the written content you want on the site?

If the answer to the first two is no, and the answer to the last two is yes, you’re a great fit for our bare-minimum, lowest-cost package — a static site, built from content you’ve already prepared. If you answered yes to either of the first two questions, you’ll need a CMS website instead, so you can manage content or handle form submissions yourself — this is a different, bigger build and is quoted separately.

Static websites, from £100

For a straightforward static site, our AI-assisted build starts at:

• £100 for a 5-page website
• A year of hosting included as standard
• £12/year for hosting after the first year
• Domain name not included, but we’ll help you register one — typically around £10/year without any offers applied

The final price depends on the number of pages, and how much of the content and imagery you can supply upfront — the more you have ready, the closer to the bare-minimum price you’ll land.

What we need from you

• Your page count and a rough idea of what each page should cover
• Any existing branding — logo, colours, fonts — if you have them
• All text content, or a clear brief for what should go where
• All images you want used, in reasonable quality

Missing content or images isn’t a dealbreaker — we can help source or draft them — but it adds to scope, and moves you away from the bare-minimum price.
