Privacy Policy
What we do with personal data, in plain terms — and what this website does not collect.
Who we are
Implex Solutions Ltd is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. Our registered address is G16, Barking Enterprise Centre, Barking, Essex, United Kingdom.
For any question about this policy or about how we handle your data, contact us at info@implexsolutions.com or +44 203 355 9012.
What this website collects
This website sets no cookies. It uses no analytics, no advertising or tracking pixels, and no third-party embeds, and it stores nothing on your device — no cookies, no local storage, no session storage. There are no forms on this site, so there is nothing here for you to submit. Fonts and images are served from our own servers rather than a third-party network, so browsing these pages does not disclose your visit to anyone else.
Our web server does keep standard access logs, which record your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested, and your browser's user-agent string. We use these solely to keep the site running securely and to diagnose faults. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in the security and availability of our own service. Logs are not used to build any profile of you, are never combined with other data, and are not shared for marketing.
When you contact us
If you email or call us, we process the details you choose to give us — typically your name, contact details, the organisation you represent, and whatever you tell us about your enquiry. We use this to respond to you and, if it leads somewhere, to provide the services you ask for. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry, or the performance of a contract once we are working together.
Our email is handled through Microsoft 365, so messages you send us are processed on Microsoft's infrastructure under our agreement with them.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. We share it only with the suppliers who help us operate — our hosting and email providers — and only so far as they need it to provide their service to us. We will also disclose data where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep server logs for a short operational period and delete them on a rolling basis. Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as we have an active relationship with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can pick up where we left off. Records tied to a contract are kept for as long as tax and company law requires. If you would like your details removed sooner, ask us and we will do it.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you; ask us to correct it if it is wrong; ask us to delete it; ask us to restrict how we use it; object to our processing it on legitimate-interest grounds; and ask us to transfer it to someone else. There is no charge, and we will respond within one month.
Email info@implexsolutions.com to exercise any of these. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk — though we would appreciate the chance to put it right first.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data — for example, if we ever add a contact form or analytics to this site — we will update this page and the review date above before the change goes live.
