How do you price your work?
Two ways, depending on what suits you. Project work is quoted fixed-scope against an agreed deliverable, so the cost is known before we start. Ongoing work is a monthly arrangement sized to what you actually need — remote IT support starts from £5 per month. Our own products are licensed at a predictable flat cost rather than metered by usage, so the bill does not move when your volume does. We will tell you which model we think fits before we quote.
What are your support hours?
Our office is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, and that is when you will reach the consulting and account teams. Infrastructure we host is monitored by our NOC around the clock, every day of the year, so platform incidents are picked up outside office hours too. Email enquiries get a reply within one working day.
What does onboarding look like?
We start with what you already run — your systems, your team and the constraints around them — before proposing anything new. Then we take one workflow that matters to you and prove it end to end before widening the scope. That keeps the first commitment small and gives you something working to judge us on rather than a slide deck. For products, we build a sandbox using your own configuration so you can try it against real cases first.
How do you handle security?
Keeping things simple and secure is one of our three operating principles rather than a bolt-on, because complexity is where problems hide. Access to anything we host is controlled through single sign-on and multi-factor authentication. Where you would rather data never left your own boundary, our products can be deployed into your environment or private cloud instead of ours. If you have a specific standard you need us to meet, tell us which one and we will give you a straight answer on whether we currently meet it.
