Support that doesn’t need a site visit

Most IT problems don’t require anyone to walk through your door. Mail flow stops, a cloud account locks out, a permission is wrong, a server needs patching — all of it is resolved faster remotely, which is why we lead with remote support rather than treating it as the cheap option.

You get people who already understand your setup, rather than explaining it again to whoever picks up the ticket.

What we cover

  • Email servers — mail flow, spam and deliverability, mailbox and distribution management, migrations, and the DNS records that keep your mail trusted
  • Cloud platforms — Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and your cloud infrastructure: accounts, licences, permissions, backups and cost sanity
  • Servers and infrastructure — patching, monitoring, storage and the routine maintenance that prevents problems rather than reacting to them
  • Day-to-day user issues — access, devices, connectivity and the small things that quietly cost your team hours
  • Security basics — MFA, account hygiene, and acting quickly when something looks wrong

How pricing works

It starts at £5 a month. If your business is one person with one laptop and nothing else, that is genuinely what you pay. There is no minimum seat count to reach first, and no bundle you have to buy into before the price makes sense.

Above that, you’re quoted on what you actually have. We don’t price per user or per device, because that would be the wrong answer for most businesses. A laptop, a Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace tenancy, a mail server, and a third-party platform each need a different amount of looking after — so each is priced differently rather than averaged into one misleading per-head figure.

In practice that means:

  • Devices are the cheapest thing on the list, and a very small estate stays very cheap
  • Cloud subscriptions are priced on the tenancy and what’s running in it, not on your headcount
  • Email services depend on whether we’re maintaining a mail server or managing a hosted service
  • Third-party platforms are priced on what supporting them actually involves

You pay for the parts of your setup you want covered, and nothing for the parts you don’t. Tell us what you’re running and we’ll give you a straight number — it takes a short call, not a discovery project.

Ways to buy it

Monthly cover. Ongoing support with a predictable bill, priced as above. No long tie-in, and the price moves when your setup does rather than at renewal.

On-call only. No monthly retainer at all. You call us when you need us and pay for the time you use. Sensible if you have someone technical in-house and only need backup for what they’d rather escalate — or if your systems are stable and you just want a number that answers.

Either one, escalated properly. When something genuinely needs more than remote hands, it goes to the same consultants who deliver our projects, not to a different company.

Who this is for

Small and growing businesses that need reliable IT cover without funding an in-house IT department — and organisations with some internal capability who want experienced backup for the harder problems.
