Reach
Reach is a self-hosted marketing platform for running campaigns across email, social and messaging channels from one place. Author content once, let it adapt per channel, and send through your own infrastructure with your own credentials — with a built-in contact database that enforces who may legally still be contacted, and link tracking that attributes every click back to the exact channel, and where possible the exact contact, that produced it.

One Message, Every Channel
Write a campaign once at the top level, then override it per channel where it matters — a shorter cut for X, a different subject line for email. Anything without an override just inherits the master content automatically.
Nine Channels, One Queue
Email, Facebook Pages, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, WhatsApp, Telegram, an outbound RSS feed and an embeddable web widget — all behind one send/schedule/pause workflow. Anything without a live connection falls back to a manual mode instead of blocking the campaign.
Suppression Enforced At Send Time
Every contact holds an independent subscribed/unsubscribed state per channel, checked immediately before each send — not just when a campaign is queued. Nothing re-subscribes anyone silently, and a genuine GDPR erasure is one click away.
Every Click Traced Back
Outbound links are rewritten to a tracked redirect and logged with a timestamp, attributed back to the exact campaign and channel — and the exact contact, where the channel is recipient-based. Even a manually copy-pasted link tracks the same way as an automated send.
AI Drafting, Human Approval
Generate and adapt campaign copy per channel against your own choice of AI provider. Nothing the AI produces is ever auto-applied or auto-sent — a person always reviews and explicitly approves it first.
Runs On Your Own Infrastructure
No shared multi-tenant cloud — each deployment runs on infrastructure you control, with your own database and your own credentials for every external platform. Multiple brands or clients can run as separate, fully isolated workspaces within one deployment.
One campaign, sent everywhere that matters
Most teams juggle a different tool for every channel — one for email, one for social scheduling, one for messaging — and none of them agree on who’s already unsubscribed or which click actually came from which send. Reach starts from the opposite premise: one campaign, one audience, one place to see what happened after you hit send.
Write once, adapt per channel
Draft your content at the campaign level, then override it wherever a channel genuinely needs something different — a punchier line for X, a longer version for LinkedIn, a distinct subject for email. Anything you don’t override just inherits the shared content automatically, mapped onto whatever that channel’s connector needs.
Nine channels, one workflow
- Email — via AWS SES or any SMTP server, with a full compliance-grade unsubscribe flow
- Facebook Pages, Instagram, LinkedIn, X — automatic broadcast posting once each platform’s own API access is approved and configured
- WhatsApp and Telegram — per-recipient sending with a configurable delay between sends
- RSS — Reach publishes the feed; subscribers pull it
- An embeddable web widget — a JS snippet dropped into an existing site
- Manual fallback — if a channel has no live connection yet, Reach still renders the tracked content and a human posts it by hand and marks it sent. A channel is never a hard blocker.
Scheduling, pause, resume and a “send now” override work the same way across every channel, so switching between them doesn’t mean relearning the workflow.
A contact database that enforces itself
Every contact can hold multiple channel identities — an email address, a phone number, a messaging handle — each with its own independent subscription state. Suppression is checked immediately before every single send, not just when a campaign is queued, so nothing can accidentally message someone who’s opted out, and nothing ever silently re-subscribes them. Segments, custom fields, CSV import and a genuine GDPR erasure are all part of the same system.
Every click, attributed
Outbound links are rewritten to a tracked redirect the moment a campaign goes out. Clicks are logged with a timestamp and tied back to the exact campaign and channel — and the specific contact, wherever the channel is recipient-based — including links copied out and posted manually. The analytics dashboard rolls sends, deliveries, bounces, complaints, unsubscribes and clicks up per channel, so you can see what actually worked.
AI that drafts, not decides
Ask Reach’s built-in assistant to generate campaign content or adapt the master copy for a specific channel’s tone and length. It runs against whichever AI provider you configure — nothing is locked to one vendor — and nothing it produces is ever applied or sent without a person reviewing it first.
